Description

The Work covered under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to the following items. 1. Mobilize and demobilize construction equipment. 2. Provide submittals required in the Specifications and revise the submittals as required until they meet the requirements of the Specifications to the satisfaction of KO AND COR. 3. Implement temporary erosion and sediment control measures and maintain erosion and sediment control measures throughout the Project. 4. Conduct post-construction as-built surveys; construction stakeouts; and provide as-built certifications. Provide surveys to the GOVERNMENT in both hard copy and electronic files. 5. Clear and grub entire construction area within limits of disturbance. 6. Perform maintenance work on existing stormwater management pond. 7. Perform selective demolition including but not limited to existing lights, concrete slab, curb, paving and security fence. 8. Mill and re-surface existing asphalt paving. 9. Remove and dispose existing shed. 10. Remove existing fuel station and re-install at location shown on the Drawings, including new concrete pad, bollards, pre-fabricated shelter and electricalwork. 11. Remove existing wheel stops from parking lot and install new concrete wheel stops after re-surfacing and paving is complete. 12. Grade site and construct drainage swales. 13. Furnish and install asphalt paving. 14. Furnish and install concrete paving. 15. Furnish and install concrete paving for new entrance from Odell Road as shown on Construction Drawings. 16. Furnish and install concrete curb andgutter. 17. Furnish and install permanent stormwater management features, including swales, storm drain pipes and structures, erosion control matting, planting, and riprap. 18. Furnish and install chain link security fence andgates. 19. Furnish and install light poles and luminaires with all associatedwiring. 20. Furnish temporary field offices. 21. Furnish temporary sanitary facilities. 22. Furnish temporary electrical power, lighting and communication equipment (including security lighting and telephone service). 23. Miscellaneous site work including cleanup, site restoration, temporary and permanent vegetation of areas disturbed during construction. 24. Furnish and install all instrumentation, gauges, and accessories shown on the Drawings, specified herein, and as required for proper functioning of equipment. 25. Perform all other Work that is not specifically defined in this Part 1.01.B of this Section, but shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications.
