| Description | All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: ITB #B232006, CEMENTITIOUS SLURRY MATERIAL Bidders name, return address, and the enclosed label should be prominently displayed on the bid package for identification purposes. The time stamp clock located in the Purchasing Agent's office shall serve as the official time keeping piece for this solicitation process. Any proposals received after Deadline on the specified date will be returned unopened. Bid prices shall be either lump sum or unit prices as shown on the proposal sheet, if applicable. The net price will be delivered to Galveston County, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. Galveston County is tax exempt and no taxes should be included in your proposal pricing. Upon satisfaction of contractual terms (e.g., goods delivered in promised condition, services rendered as agreed, etc.), contractor shall be paid via Galveston County's normal accounts payable process. No bond is required with this Invitation to Bid. |
