2022 Street and Utility Improvements

New Greenfield Reserve subdivision, located on the on the former Jackson property on the south side of STH 33 approximately 1/4 mile east of CTH T and includes the following: •Installation of approx. 3,700 feet of new Sanitary Sewer. •Installation of approx. 4,975 feet of new Water Main. •Installation of approx. 7,400 feet of new Storm Sewer. •Construction of approx. 5,325 feet of new Streets. Construction of a 2-acre lined wet pond and 0.2-acre infiltration basin.
