Description

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-131 as amended, Macon County will accept sealed bids for renovations at the Nantahala Community Center and Library The contracts for the same will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidders for each trade taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the proposal for the performance of the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For technical questions, bidders may contact Jack Morgan at 828-371-1376. All Bidders shall seal the envelopes containing proposals and mark upon the outside the specific trade and bid close time. The name and address of the bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of each envelope. Minority businesses, womens businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids.
