Calibration and Repair/Replacement Service of all Boiler Combustion and Burner Management Controls for the Energy Center Boilers

This contract will be for a period of three (3) years, from May 1, 2020 – April 30, 2023. Calibration and repair/replacement service of all boiler combustion and burner management controls for the Energy Center Boilers, the HRSG controls in the Energy Center Generator Room and the combustion/burner management controls for the boilers located in Memorial Hall. This contract shall be on an “as needed” time and material basis and shall include but not be limited to 1. Loop controllers for combustion control and feed water systems, 2. Flame safety equipment including scanners, amplifiers, controllers and displays, 3. Control panel recording, annunciation and indicating equipment, 4. Misc. control panel equipment including relays, timers, current to pressure converters, and power supplies, 5. Differential pressure (DP) and gauges pressure transmitters, 6. Flow meters, 7. Oxygen analyzers, 8. Opacity monitors, 9. Control valves and actuators, 10. Safety limit switches, 11. Low water cutout and alarm systems. 12. All Foxboro transmitters and controllers 13. All Ashcroft controls, transmitters, pressure differential controls 14. All electric controls, and devices 15. All pneumatic controls, and devices 16. All automatic gas/ oil controls, and devices
