Description The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: mobilization/demobilization; erosion control; clearing and grubbing; grading, excavation, and stormwater pond construction, access roadway stabilization and grassing and other related items incidental to the work as the Base Bid. The project is located at the eastern terminus of Bay Drive and extends east and adjacent to the coastal construction control line. The (2) two wet retention (stormwater) ponds will have 4 to 1 slopes to a depth of elevation -6.5 feet NAVD88 and shall be sized as 5.85 acres and 0.86 acres in size at the topof-bank elevation.
