| Description | The project area includes the lands owned by Ferguson Township known as the Park Hills Drainageway that starts along Devonshire Drive and proceeds southeast toward Circleville Road in State College, PA. The project includes tree clearing/removal, earthwork, streambed stabilization using regenerative storm conveyance methods of step pools and riffles constructed of rock, drainage pipe and inlet installation, seeding, and other associated work. All bidders must demonstrate experience with similar streambed restoration projects to be considered qualified for the project. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates |
