Description

Base Bid: Replace portions of the facility sewer line with PVC as shown in engineering plans. Include description of proposed method for replacement. Work in the facility kitchen area to be between the hours of 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Contractor should define in the schedule the maximum disruption to kitchen operations in hours or days. Alternate No. 1: Replace existing hot and cold copper water piping with tubing. Also include installation of isolation valves, pressure testing and disinfecting the system. Replace current domestic hot water recirculation pumps with new pumps. Alternate No. 2: Replace all plumbing fixtures as per schedule and drawings in the engineering plans and connect to new pex tubing.
