Bridgewater Pump Station Emergency Generator Improvements

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Sewer Authority (HRRSA) is soliciting Sealed Bids to construct the Bridgewater Pump Station Emergency Power Improvements project located in Bridgewater, VA. Project Location: Bridgewater Pump Station located at 610 East College Street, Bridgewater VA 22812 Providing a platform to raise the owner furnished generator and ATS, re-location of pump station electrical service, installation of new generator and ATS, removal of existing generator, and other pump station modifications as described in bid package. The work generally consists of providing an emergency diesel generator and automatic transfer switch for HRRSA's Bridgewater Pump Station. The emergency diesel generator and automatic transfer switch will be installed by Contractor as Owner-Furnish Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment. The project also includes providing a platform to raise the emergency diesel generator and automatic transfer switch above the 100 year flood elevation, re-location of the pump station electrical service, re-location of a split system outside unit, modifications to the existing pump building and demolition of existing emergency diesel generator, fuel tank and select electrical gear.
