Kessler Park Snack Bar and Restroom Renovation

**As of June 7, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total bid price. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish the district with a Performance bond and Payment bond, each equal to 100% of the Successful bid ,prior to execution of the contract. The District reserve rights to reject any or all bids. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes gutting the interior of the existing snack bar and restroom building and performing a complete renovation of the snack bar food service area, men's and women's restrooms and office area, and the construction of a shade canopy on the west side of the building as shown on the Bid Documents, including the Plans and Specification.
