North Elba Town Hall Exterior Evaluation and Rehabilitation

As of September 9, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Town is seeking proposals for evaluation and rehabilitation of the exterior of the town hall brick facade. Vendor's proposal in response to this RFP will be incorporated into the final agreement between the Town and the selected Vendor(s). The submitted proposals are suggested to address each of the following items: Executive Summary of the Evaluation of the exterior of the Town Hall Approach and Methodology for the Rehabilitation of the exterior of the Town Hall Project Deliverables Project Management Approach Detailed and Itemized Pricing Appendix: References Appendix: Project Team Staffing Appendix: Company Overview The detailed requirements for each of the above-mentioned sections are outlined below. Identify problem areas of the underlying structure (i.e., framing/support) Identify problem areas of the superficial structure (i.e., bricks, trim work, drainage) Propose scopes of work in stages starting with the most immediate and ending with the least immediate in terms of most severe deterioration Propose cost for correction of the individually identified scopes of work All work performed under the proposal must be prevailing wage All vendors performing work under the proposal must be fully insured All materials and equipment required to perform all work under the proposal must be provided by the vendor(s).
