RFQ D/B - New Fire Station

As of November 14, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award early in December. Design -Build Cont racto rs or Teams for the construction of a new fire station generally located at 2400 St. Lawrence Avenue, Long Beach, Indiana 46360. LBVFD invites interested firms, partnerships, entities, or teams to submit responses to the required questionnaire. The required questionnaire with an outline of the project scope, a desc ription of the project, and a property survey is available and will be provided to Contractors and Teams by email. Successful completion of the RFQ process or response to an invited RFP does not guarantee a contract. The recommendation of one (1) or two (2) firms, partnerships, or teams will be presented to the LBVFD Board of Fire Trustees for final approval on November 18, 2022, at a LBVFD Board of Fire Trustees Meeting held at 2400 St. Lawrence Avenue, Long Beach, Indiana 46360 at 7:00 p.m. local time. LBVFD reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions and provisions contained in the Request for Qualifications.
