Description | PROJECT: MOBERLY HOUSING AUTHORITY Moberly Towers: Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Replacements and Renovations Contact for bidding procedural questions: Erik Miller, AIA, Peckham & Wright Architects, Inc., 2120 Forum Blvd Ste 101, Columbia, MO 65203 Phone: 573-449-2863 Fax: 573-442-6213 Email: emiller@pwarchitects.com The Work generally consists of: Moberly Housing Authority- Moberly Towers- Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Replacements and Renovations: 1. Replace existing Plumbing Systems including interior sewer piping and interior building water piping. This includes the demolition and removal of the existing piping. 2. Replace existing public toilet room and unit bathroom plumbing fixtures including water closets and lavatories. This includes the demolition and removal of the existing fixtures. 3. Replace existing showers in 9 units (Units numbered _09 in Apartments). This includes the demolition and removal of the existing showers and curbs to finished floor surface and replacement of all plumbing and control fixtures for the showers. 4. Replace existing HVAC systems with new units and ductwork with the re-use of select ductwork where indicated. 5. Replace existing electrical panels and wiring in select areas as indicated. This includes the demolition and removal of the existing electrical panels indicated. 6. Demolition work for the items listed above. 7. Removal, salvage, and reinstallation of kitchen cabinets for access to plumbing work. 8. Demolition of existing walls or portions of walls for access to work or to accommodate work of the above. 9. Installation of new walls and ceilings in select areas to accommodate the work of the above. 10. Installation of new soffits and ceilings in select areas to accommodate the work of the above. 11. Roof Patching as required for installation of new items through the roof. |
