Description	The Borough of Millersburg is seeking a firm to provide engineering services as generally understood within the field of municipal engineering. The following are specific services that the Borough commonly expects to request, though other services may be required from time to time. 1. Engineering services for the Borough’s annual street maintenance program. This includes a site visit, preparation of an opinion of probable cost, preparation of bid documents and project specifications, attendance at a pre-bid conference, and availability to answer technical questions. 2. Review of stormwater management plans. 3. Review of floodplain development plans. 4. Review of subdivision and land development plans. 5. Annual MS4 reporting. 6. Attendance at Borough Council meetings as requested. 7. Assistance with identifying, applying for, and administering grant funding for proposed projects.
