Description

The project generally includes demolition of existing improvements (asphalt, signage, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, etc.), grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, raised median construction, asphalt paving, intersection improvements, signage and striping, pavement markings, traffic signals and mast arms, traffic control, utility sleeves, stone walls, electrical lighting, water main and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 and City and County of Broomfield. The project is located along Sheridan Parkway between Preble Creek Parkway and W160th Avenue in Broomfield, CO. The utility work is anticipated to start May 2, 2023 with substantial completion by August 9, 2023. The roadway work is anticipated to start July 24, 2023, with substantial completion by March 7, 2024.
