Residential Street Rebuild Program (Parts F, H and G) Year 2

The project scope consists of pavement reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation for a total of twenty-three (23) residential streets in various locations throughout Corpus Christi. Sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, storm water and driveway improvements will be included in addition to pavement improvements. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City. If necessary, changes may be made to the street locations (e.g., adding or removing streets) in order to satisfy the overall budget. The purpose of this package is to establish unit rates for Base Bid F, Base Bid G, and Base Bid H which are three (3) separate contracts. Base Bid F – includes residential street pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation for various locations throughout Corpus Christi. This Contract consists of approximately 10,601 linear feet of pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation. The plan sheets outline quantities for streets that have not been identified in this package. In addition to the pavement improvements sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, storm water and driveway improvements will be included. Base Bid G – includes residential street pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation for various locations throughout Corpus Christi. This Contract consists of approximately 8,117 linear feet of pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation. The plan sheets outline quantities for streets that have not been identified in this package. In addition, Summary of Work 01 11 00 – 2 Residential Street Rebuild Program Year 2, Project No. 18164A Rev 10/2018 to the pavement improvements sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, storm water and driveway improvements will be included. Base Bid H – includes residential street pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation for various locations throughout Corpus Christi. This Contract consists of approximately 9,461 linear feet of pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation. The plan sheets outline quantities for streets that have not been identified in this package. In addition to the pavement improvements sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, storm water and driveway improvements will be included.
