HVAC Equipment Replacement - Christopher Columbus Charter School

Full replacement of existing HVAC equipment, including (14) split systems and (7) new energy recovery ventilators. Includes electrical and structural work related to new HVAC equipment. It also includes any and all electrical and structural work as related to the new HVAC equipment. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount equal to (10%) ten percent of the base bid amount and all alternate bid amounts in the form of a bid bond. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount equal to (100%) one hundred percent of the contract amount, with satisfactory corporate surety, must be furnished by the successful bidder prior to execution of a contract. Award based on information submitted as required by the Invitation for Bids. The lowest qualified Contractor capable of performing the scope of work identified will be selected. The Project Team reserves the right to disqualify bids not in conformance with specified requirements. Project subject to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dept. of Labor and Industries Prevailing Wage pre-determination.
