All materials, labor, required inspections, and equipment required to form, grade, pour, and slick finish a 60x40 concrete slab with footers and stub-outs. 1. Slab thickness of no less than 4 inches with a footer on the perimeter with a depth of 12 inches from the top of the slab, 12 inches wide at bottom and a 45-degree bevel, 2. Termite treatment will be Owner’s responsibility (in coordination with the vendor), 3. Minimum 6-mil vaper retardant cover installed by vendor, 4. 100-gauge W.W.F. installed over vapor barrier, overlapped a minimum of 6 inches placed on (no fiber mesh), 5. Two #5 rebar placed 6 inches on center with a minimum 12 inch overlap at splices, tied at each end of splice with 16-gauge rebar tie wire, and set on rebar support chairs at a maximum of 4 feet apart and tied at each chair set in the footer around the perimeter, 6. Concrete must meet a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 2,500-psi, 6. Finish is to be flat, level, and slicked with no trowel or rock marks, and 7. Prior to vapor barrier being installed, the slab area (not including footers) is to be compacted with a plate compactor and leftover ridges raked back down.
