| Description | This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to replace the lower roofs on the Wahoo Readiness Center. Work to include removal of existing lower roofs, insulation, flashing, and installation of a new fully adhered EPDM Roof with a 90 mil EPDM Roof system with 30 year warranty, repair and replace roof decking as required, remove any unnecessary roof penetrations, and install new insulation, membrane and flashings and new gutters and downspouts. Slope roof to drain, minimum 1/4" per foot if at all possible. |
