Description | Project consists of five new two-story homes with associated site work. PLEASE NOTE: - The location of this project has changed from the 3700 block of Hebert Street to the 3800 block of Labadie Avenue. - This project is NOT tax exempt. - This project IS prevailing wage, and certified payroll. - Section 3 applies to this project. - Work hour goals apply to this project. Description: Construction of 5 new 2-story homes in St. Louis, MO. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, concrete, carpentry, roofing, siding, masonry, windows, MEP, finishes, and specialties. This project IS prevailing wage, and certified payroll reporting in The Headcount is required by City of St. Louis. o Work hour goals apply to this project as follows: o Section 3 Certified Workers: 25% of all work hours o Apprentices in U.S. Department of Labor-Approved Apprenticeship Program: 20% of all work hours o Minorities: 25% of all work hours o Women: 7% of all work hours o City of St. Louis Residents: 23% of all work hours o Certified MBE, WBE and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid. o All workers must be OSHA 10 certified. o E.M.
