Business Services, Purchasing and Current Bids/Solicitations Proposals received after the exact time and date noted will NOT be considered for the bid process. In accordance with provisions of Government Code section 4590, substitution of eligible and equivalent securities for any monies withheld to ensure performance under this contract will be permitted at the request and expense of the Contractor.
