| Description | The City of Hopkinsville is accepting bids for seasonal operation management of Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center, located a 9503 Eagle Way Bypass, Hopkinsville, KY 42240. This bid does not include the operation of water park concessions The water park annual operating season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. One annual event is held the Saturday following Labor Day each season, to be included as part of the season. Operation time is to be allotted by the contractor to prepare the park for opening and for closing the park at the end of the season. This bid is for a 5 year contract -1st year base, with 4 option years. The contract may be terminated by either party, upon 30 day written notice, effective the 1st day of the year subsequent to the letter of termination.
