Hillvale Apartments

Roanoke Construction has been selected to be the General Contractor for the renovation of Hillvale Apartments in St. Louis City. The project consists of (146) units in (11) existing buildings and the construction of a new community building. Following the proposed renovation, the project will consist of 42 - two bedroom units, and 104 - three bedroom units. There will be eight (8) accessible units: two - two bedroom units and four - three bedroom units. Additionally, there will be three hearing/visually impaired units following the renovation of one two bedroom unit and two three-bedroom units. The exterior site-work scope of work on this project includes, but is not limited to: site work grading, storm sewers, asphalt paving, sidewalks, & curbs, fencing, and landscaping. The building scope of work on this project includes, but is not limited to: finish carpentry, doors & hardware, vinyl windows, drywall, painting, sheet & LVT flooring, wood floor refinishing, cabinets, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, and new kitchen & bath fixtures.
