| Description | For the plowing and removal of snow from the campus of Dutchess Community College for the 2021-2022 Winter Season. The bid shall be for a three (3) year period, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) one year periods. Contractor shall furnish the following services, as required and directed by the College, on a per storm basis. 1. Plowing of snow to include all roadways and parking areas in support of College equipment as needed and directed. Parking Lots D and E are the primary areas for snow clearing and removal. 2. Removal of snow from all parking areas and roadways. A. Removal of snow after a prolonged period of snowfall (snow accumulation gets beyond four (4) inches) shall take place after 12:00 midnight when the College parking lots are empty. B. Clean-up is done, in many cases, during off hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. |
