Construction Management as Advisor services for the Manchester Public Schools (MPS) Phase 2 - 2025 Plan for Elementary School Renovation Projects: Buckley Elementary School, Bowers Elementary School, and Keeney Elementary School. The renovation of the buildings and property shall be totally refurbished complying with all applicable codes taking on a useful life comparable to that of a new facility.
