| Description | The scope of work includes: 1. Remove the lower section of the entrance doors and install new frame with the revised door configuration. 2. The single entrance door will have an electronic strike activated from the office. The visual call button will use the existing system. 3. Erect an aluminum glass partition as shown to create a secure vestibule. Partition to be approximately 8'-6" high, lower portion to be solid panel with safety laminated glass above. 4. Remove the existing glass vision panel at the office wall, cut a door opening in the wall, and install a new door with an electronic strike controlled in office and a new glass vision panel. 5. Relocate the existing F.A. and other panel on the office wall to be outside the secure vestibule. |
