Pflugerville Kelly Lane Phase 2 Roadway Improvements Project ID - " Kelly Lane Phase 2 Roadway Improvements" project consisting of approximately 4,200 feet of roadway from Falcon Pointe Boulevard to Moorlynch Avenue which includes earthwork, grading, flexible base, roundabout, surfacing, traffic control, pavement markings, signs, drainage structures, force main, and waterline.Access instructions for the Virtual Bid Opening will be posted as an addendum under Project ID "Kelly Lane Phase 2 Roadway Improvements". All Proposals submitted electronically will remain confidential until the opening date and time when they will be publicly "opened" and read aloud. Performance and Payment Bonds: Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed. The security may be in the form of a bid bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City. Contractors will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Questions are to be submitted using the Question-and-Answer process through online. Responses to questions posted on online will be posted on the website by the City of Pflugerville for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 12:00 P.M. CST on Friday March 31st, 2023.
