Roofing Repair and Replacement Continuing Services Contract

Roofing contractors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other incidentals required for roofing repairs and replacement within the City on an as needed basis. Work shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this request for qualifications. The intent of this solicitation is to pre-qualify contractors for this work. The initial part of the process is the issuance of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), which will result in a listing of the qualified contractors who submit a response. Only those pre-qualified Contractors will be invited to submit bids for the Repair and Replacement of roofs throughout the City on an “as needed” basis for an initial contract period of three years with three one-year renewals. There are no minimum or maximum quantities of work guaranteed under this contract.
