| Description | The work for which bids are being accepted for the Base Bid consists of over 35,000 square yards of pavement resurfacing with spot full depth repairs, over 3,000 square yards of pavement replacement, spot and continuous curb replacement and other related work. Additional Bid 1 consists of over 4,000 square yards of parking lot resurfacing, installation of 8 light poles, and related work. Additional Bid 2 consists of two parking lots totaling over 1,200 square yards in size, storm sewer, and related work. Additional Bid 3 consists of the first phase of a dog park with site grading, installation of a multiuse trail, storm sewer, and related work. Additional Bid 4 consists of the second phase of a dog park with the necessary water service and plantings. The total estimated cost of the Base Bid is $1,297,000.
