| Description | The North Massapequa Fire District as purchaser reserves the right to award all or any part of said bid, also to reject all or any part of said bid. Bidders must deliver together with their sealed bid a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the amount of their bid as bid security. The successful bidders will be required to furnish contract security in the form of a performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and maintenance bond as well as proof of insurance. The successful bidders will be required to comply the prevailing wage requirements of the Labor Law and all state and federal laws related to public work performed in New York State. The final completion of the said project shall be accomplished by January 1, 2023. |
