KHS Building and Site Improvements

The Project includes work at three different structures at the Kokomo High School Campus. This work includes an addition of additional precast concrete bleachers at the visitors` bleachers at the football stadium. The construction of a connector between the first baseline and third baseline at the girls' softball stadium. The connector includes a concessions area, viewing level, press box, and mechanical room along additional precast concrete bleachers and walkway. The softball stadium has a sprinkler system along with mechanical and electrical systems. The first baseline at the softball stadium has been complete. The third baseline is under construction, and the site will need to be shared and coordinated with the General Contractor working in that area. The Owner also has a separate contractor for the demolition of the existing boys' baseball press box/concession stand in the same area. The third area of renovation will be the Kokomo Area Career Center Entry/Office area. The two stadiums also include site renovations including additional fencing, sidewalks, ramps, and stairs. The bids shall be a single prime, lump sum.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
