Superior Montana Meadows II Development

Site work and paving for a civil project in Superior, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. The project will include the construction of approximately 985 square yards of 6" P.C. concrete pavement with integral curb and gutter, subgrade preparation, 350 linear feet of 6" PVC sanitary sewer, 1-48" sanitary sewer manhole, 1-6" sanitary sewer cleanout, service wyes, traffic control, and associated appurtenances. Bid should be submitted as lump sum. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates). The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Owner as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish any required bonds and insurance.
