Description | The renovation of four portables at the Tampa Residential and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein Demo and disposal of 4x8 T1-11 siding. Replace or sister, damaged stud 2x4’s and exterior bottom or ledger boards where needed. Replace or install missing or damaged insulation. Calculate replacing 30% of the insulation for each portable. Install 3/8” 4x8 plywood, add moister barrier, Tyvek wrap to all portables, and install 4x8 Hardie board panels (Fiber cement Sierra vertical siding). Replace all 1x4 PT trim with Hardie Trim (Fiber Cement grain trim) caulk and paint exterior walls, trim and both sides of the doors. The contractor responsible for all lattice work around the bottom of the portables, like for like. Roof Contractor will Repair/replace roof and damaged soffit/fascia with Hardie Trim (Fiber Cement grain trim), (ventilation panels). Removal and disposal of Cabinets, and back splash. (Remove, cap off plumbing fixtures, and remove cabinet sinks). Apply 1/2” 4x8 drywall only to that wall, finish and paint. The contractor is responsible for all plumbing and electrical work needed to perform work on the portables. Prepping of all work must be inspected by (MOC) Maintenance Operations Center. Contractor to provide a written Two-year guarantee for workmanship, due upon completion of work and must be sent with photos and invoice to receive payment. The contractor will need to verify the conditions of the site, measure and provide a material list for this project. School District will provide materials only once. The contractor will be solely responsible for any cost for additional materials not listed. Please account for all materials the first time. Paint scope will be provided by Sherwin Williams. School District will provide primer/paint and caulking. The contractor is responsible for all other items needed to perform and complete the painting job. Paint color will be determined after the contract is awarded. Any material remaining upon completion of work will be turned over to the site to secure. Demo and disposal of 4x8 T1-11 siding.
