Architectural Services - Observation Deck Renovations

This project consists of renovations to the 27th floor observation deck level of the State Capitol Building, a portion of the 28th floor, and the transitional elevator lobby at the 24th floor. The general scope of work includes demolition of existing interior partitions, finishes, and associated MEP, and constructing new interior spaces, with interior finishes, structural, mechanical, electrical power and lighting, sprinkler, fire alarm and security system modifications as required. The work includes design and coordination of areas for the display of cultural museum exhibits, possibly related to State Capitol Building history, although the design and production of the exhibits themselves are not included in the scope of the project.
