East Main Street - Phase 1

Base Bid includes improvements to roadway, sidewalk, storm sewer, and traffic signals on East Main Street between Davidson Drive and Jackson Street. Roadway improvements consists of nearly 10,000 square yards of pavement resurfacing, nearly 3,000 lineal feet of curb replacement, over 1,000 square yards of full depth repair, and other related work. Sidewalk improvements encompass over 16,000 square feet of concrete walk and nearly 10,000 square feet of brick walk. Other aspects of the project include nearly 2,000 lineal feet of storm sewer, replacement of existing street lights with 20 new lights including poles and foundations, and the replacement of traffic signals at intersections with Jackson Street and Lancaster Avenue.
