Reference Number 0000330803 Drew Charter School is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade AV wiring & connectivity in classrooms, learning spaces, and modernize conference rooms with the latest video conferencing technology. Charles Drew Charter School is seeking a vendor to provide professional services for this effort by designing and implementing upgrades to four conference rooms and re-configure AV wiring for approximately One Hundred-Twenty Three (123) classrooms and learning spaces at two locations. Some rooms function as a single space, while others can be combined for more significant occupancy. This project will standardize Drew's technology-rich learning experience across all buildings while ensuring connectivity to all equipment is future-ready. The functional objective of this RFP is focused on the four (4) conference rooms and 123 learning spaces. Proposers must provide a proposal for all requirements stated within this request.
