Skyline Mountain Special Services District Thads Peak Well House and Water Tank

SKYLINE MOUNTAIN SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the THAD'S PEAK WELL HOUSE AND WATER TANK. Equipping according to Contract Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER - HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE (HAL), and described in general as: Construction of a reinforced concrete well house and a water-tight reinforced concrete water storage tank with a 28,700-gallon capacity. Three water filling stations with electronic card readers for supplying drinking water are also included. The well house includes a concrete building with, piping, valves, flowmeter, and appurtenances; inlet/outlet piping; site work; grading, gravel access road, and fencing. The Work also includes electrical connections to and electrical work associated with the well house, HVAC, and SCADA equipment, and video surveillance. This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's "fair share goals" and are required to comply with EEO regulations. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
