Description Converting (1) existing softball field into an ADA sports turf field for the Buddy Baseball League Expansion, located at 6610 Whiteway Drive, Temple Terrace, FL 33617. Work includes supporting infrastructure such as, new dugouts, fencing, sidewalks to dugouts, utilities (water and electrical), and sodding. The City has already pre-purchased benches, picnic tables, and trash receptacles, in which the scope will include installation by the selected contractor. In addition, several alternatives are listed in the Bid Documents, which include concrete pads for picnic area, shade structures over the picnic area and bleachers, landscaping and irrigation and electrical work. The alternates will be awarded if budget allows
