| Description | The services of a licensed individual or Contractor for services required for the removal and replacement of rubber flooring at each of the two (2) dugouts at the Charlotte County Sports Park. A. Existing Flooring: Removal of approximately 1,000 square feet of old and damage flooring. Removal of step flooring, four (4) sets, with four (4) risers per set. B. Exposed Concrete: Exposed concrete shall be cleaned and prepped properly for new flooring. Aluminum angle on steps shall be replaced with new material. (1” x 1” x 1/8” angle). C. New flooring: Install 10 new rolls of rubber flooring, five (5) rolls per dugout. Size: 4’ x 25’ – 3/8” thick. Color: Blue flex, no exceptions. D. Site Cleanup: It shall be the awarded Contractor’s responsibility to removal and properly dispose of all old materials from the property |
