Industrial Drive - Greenway Connection Improvements

The project improves pedestrian access at two separate City of Raleigh greenways from public streets. The Contractor's scope will consist of demolition, clearing, grading, and site preparation for: asphalt trails, ADA curb ramps, integration with existing ROW conditions, and signage. Refer to drawings and project manual for complete description of project scope. Questions will be received ONLY in written form. The deadline to submit written questions to the Landscape Architect is 5:00 pm local prevailing time on August 3, 2022. A final addendum will be released no later than August 5th. Contractors are responsible for distributing documents to all sub-contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Each Bidder must show evidence that it is licensed under Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes, and the City reserves the right to request additional bidder qualifications as needed. Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to Certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000. The goal breakdown is 8% for minorities and 7% for non-minority females.
