| Description | Construction of concrete parking lot at the southeast corner of the Knox Street and McKinney Street intersection and installation of underground trash receptacle systems at two locations in downtown area of the City of Ennis. Parking lot construction consists of, but not limited to, the following items: removal of existing asphalt, concrete sidewalk, driveway and steps; grading; construction of concrete parking lot, concrete sidewalk, brick and concrete ramp, planters and landscaping, irrigation and electrical. Installation of underground trash receptacle systems includes, but is not limited to, the following items: installation of precast concrete vaults and trash receptacles; construction of concrete foundation slab, underdrain system, bollards; and concrete sidewalk replacement. Precast concrete vaults and trash containers will be provided by City. |
