Regional Design Services Agreement (RDSA) for Highway and Bridge – Statewide

All preliminary design activities (Phases I-IV); final design (Phases V-VI) for bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, highway reconstruction, and highway rehabilitation projects; public involvement; design survey and mapping; right-of-way survey and mapping; environmental assessments and studies; in-depth bridge inspection; constructability review; routine traffic analysis; Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design; multi-sign assignments (i.e., design of traffic signals, sign design, asset location and condition surveys); hazardous waste materials screening and assessment; asbestos investigations, sampling, testing and specifications; design for other Department facilities; construction support services (including CADD support).
