The Work generally includes rehabilitation of the sludge incinerator waste heat boilers including replacement of the tubes and soot blower system, replacement of the boiler system condensate tank and deaerator, heating water and cooling water piping replacement, piping modifications, related electrical and instrumentation equipment, and installation of new Overflow Retention Facility (ORF) flow meter.
