Water Main Replacement Lewis Lane to Neal Lane

The project will replace dilapidated sections of the City's 18" feeder watermain from Lewis Lane to Neal Lane (across the Superblock Property) Bid security, in the form of a certified bank check or bank draft payable to the City of Carbondale, or a satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid price, as specified in Section 2-7 of the General Conditions and The City of Carbondale's Policy for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and/or Workforce Participation Goals in Contracts are required to be submitted with the Bid. The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the provisions of this Invitation for Bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City
