| Description | Water system replacement on 9th Avenue between 16th Street and 19th Street, consisting of 1,400 LF of new 6 and 8 inch diameter ductile iron pipe water main, 2 fire hydrants, approximately 46 services; where existing copper services will be extended to the new main, existing galvanized services will be replaced from the main to the curb boxes, and existing lead services will be replaced (under a grant with special funding requirements) from the new main all the way to the house valve at the interior of the foundation, as well as a commercial water service on Avenue B. All disturbed areas will be re-established including trench paving as located in the City of Watervliet, Albany County, New York. |
