| Description | Remove all concrete to expose all stair pans and risers that have deteriorated beyond repair, fabricate new, deliver and weld all pans, risers and tread nosing as described. Repair all center hand rails as required and pour back concrete in all stair pans replaced. Sand all risers, tread nosing and stringers affected by the repairs and paint with a Zinc based coating. Fill with 3M metal bonding filler any holes in risers (if less than 2) smaller than 1". As an alternate price the sand blasting and paint of all rails and handrails. |
