Boiler Replacement in Killian Building

Replace the boiler unit in its entirety located in the Killian building. The boiler provides service to the Killian building only. Contractor is to meet or exceed all requirements outlined in the engineered drawings. The intentions is for the Contractor to provide a turnkey job of removing and the existing boiler and installing the new boiler system. Work area and equipment room to be left in a clean and good condition. Provide electric meter, power distribution equipment, conductors, luminaires, wiring devices, fire alarm system, and other required materials and labor to produce a complete and operating electrical system. Coordinate service with utility and advise owner of service application procedure. Obtain all permits, pay all fees, and request inspection rom authority having jurisdiction. Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Boiler #1: Lochinvar #FTX850N-M13 (16 Gallon Capacity, 99.88 SQ FT Heating Surface, 150 GPM Max Flow Rate, 850 BTUH INPUT, 824,500 BTUH OUTPUT, 120v.) Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Buffer Tank #1: Lochinvar #BVU-200 (200 Gallons, 125 PSI Working Pressure, ASME Tank Construction, Auto Vent, 3" Flanged Connections). Contractor is to provide like or similar functional equivalent Circulator Pump (kCP1) Bell & Gossett #ECO XL 20-140 (60 GPH 2 20 TDH, A HP, 208V, 1 Phase). All work and materials shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of substantial completion.
