Fieldale Place Sanitary Sewer Lining and Rehabilitation

The selected firm, under the direction of the County, will line and rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer system with the following specifications: Inspection (by CCTV camera) and cleaning of the main, lateral connections, and manholes prior to and post construction. Installation of approximately 1,240 linear feet of 8-inch Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP). Internally reinstating approximately 7 service lateral connections. Installation of structural epoxy lining for 6 manholes. In areas where the sanitary sewer is severely damaged that CIPP cannot be utilized, the selected firm will perform the following: Repair and/or replace existing main with 8-inch rigid pipe as required per County specifications based on depth of cover (i.e. Schedule 35 Standard Dimension Ratio (SDR-35), Schedule 21 Standard Dimension Ratio (SDR-21), or Class 350 ductile iron).
