| Description | Window replacement for 1451 Steuben Street - Installation of (7) two section sliding vinyl replacement windows - Installation of (1) 3 section sliding vinyl replacement window - All glass insulated Low E/Argon gas - Use of drop cloths under each window during demolition to catch debris - Removed blinds, drapes and curtains if necessary - Remove old windows - Prepare mounting surfaces – scrape old caulking out, cover gaps where needed, insulate where needed - Install new windows complete with screens - Trim out around all windows, inside and out - Caulk all windows inside and out - Repair any plaster damage or brick damage caused by removal/installation - Clean up around windows - Reinstall ally blinds, drapes or curtains that were removed for installation - Haul all old windows and debris away disposing off site - Show the resident proper operation of windows |
