Town of North Collins Improvements to Recreation Center - Phase 4 - Electrical

This municipal contract is for Electrical Improvements to the Recreation Center Building located at Marian Fricano Town Park - Phase 4 - Electrical Work. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Phase 4 of Improvements to the Town of North Collins Recreation Center. The Town of North Collins Recreation Center is located at the Town of North Collins Park, 11065 Gowanda State Road, North Collins, NY 14111. The existing building is a pole building structure, measuring 40'x64' with partially completed exterior work and a covered porch. A sanitary sewer drain line has been installed under the proposed floor slab, with stubs near the proposed location of restroom facilities. An electric service has been installed to the building with main distribution panel located on the western inside wall of the building. A copy thereof may be obtained from the Town Clerk. All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The Town Board of the Town of North Collins reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
